October, 2004 – Chengdu KT, as a major Arris VAR in China, has again obtained the second large CMTS contract from Guangzhou CATV. The wining in Guangzhou CATV faced off major competition from Motorola and Cisco.
Under the VAR agreement, Chengdu KT by working with Airtrust team will help Arris to map out a development strategy in China for Arris’ digital cable modem and CMTS product marketing and sales.
