NCSD President Met withVice Governor of Guizhou Province at 30th Anniversary Celebration of GZIDPRA

Guiyang City, Guizhou Province– On November 11th, 2018, Mr. Eric Fang, President of the National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) met with Vice Governor, Mr. Wang Shijie of Guizhou province during the 30th anniversary celebration of Guizhou International and Domestic Public Relations Association (“GZIDPRA”) & The Belt and Road Boosting Guizhou Development Forum in Guiyang city. Accompanied by Mr. Qi Xinchao, Chairman of GZIDPRA, Mr. Fang made an official visit to Mr. Wang Shijie, Vice Governor of Guizhou Province during the Forum. Mr. Fang thanked Governor Wang for his continue support NCSD China development and in particular the cooperation with Guizhou province and Guiyang city. Mr. Fang briefed Governor Wang on a series of activities and business cooperative development of NCSD in environment, new energy, education and life sciences in Guiyang city and Guizhou province and China. Mr. Fang further elaborate NCSD’s cooperation with Mayor Chen Yan and his team in Guiyang including the environmental management with Guiyang city and the industrial technology development with the Guiyang Duty Free Zone Management under the Guiyang city management. During the meeting with Governor Wang, Mr. Fang briefed on the successful cases that NCSD accomplish in boosting technology, investment and market entry between SMEs in China and the United States. Governor Wang expressed his appreciation to NCSD for its dedication and support to the development of Guizhou Province, and the Vice Governor Wang expressed his total support and hope that NCSD would continue to pay attention to Guizhou Province in the future and continue to introduce the advanced technology and resources of the United States to Guizhou to provide help for its future economic development.

NCSD’s President and the Director of CASIC-ECPC met with Senior Officials of Yangzhou Binjiang New-Town Management Committee

Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province – November 8th, 2018. Accompanied by Mr. Zhou Zhiping, Director of the Economic Cooperation Promotion Department of the Foreign Affairs Office of the Yangzhou City, Mr. Eric Fang, President of the National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) and Mr. Li Xiaolong, Director of Engineering & Construction Planning Center of China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation Limited (CASIC-ECPC) led their management team visited and met with Ms. Ji Jin, Director of Yangzhou Binjiang New-Town Management Committee (YBNTMC). During the meeting with YBNTMC, Mr. Li Xiaolong introduced the Space City Program, and superior advantages of CASIC on technology, marketing and program funding; he wished that Space City Program will help to promote local economic development. Ms. Ji introduced the future development strategy and plan of Binjiang New-Town in detail and Binjiang New-Town has a high-quality ecological environment, unique location advantages and rich tourism and culture resources. Ms. Ji also expressed that she was so pleased and will provide great support to the Space City Program which CASIC will plan to invest and construct at Binjiang New-Town. Mr. Fang, President of NCSD added that in order to actively promote the program implementation of Aerospace Park in Binjiang New-Town, NCSD will utilize its resources to introduce top level professional experienced design and management team from the United States to join the Program design and operation management so to make the Space Park to the world class facility and NCSD will further invite space education programs from United States to further deploy in the Space Park Program to continue to educate young kids and generations to come and make the Space Park dream come true.

NCSD President Was Invited to Participate in the 2018 World Canal Cities Forum

Yangzhou City, Jiangsu Province — The 2018 World Canal Cities Forum, which was organized by the World Historic and Cultural Canal Cities Cooperation Organization (WCCO) and the China National Committee for Pacific Economic Cooperation (CNCPEC), was held in Yangzhou city from the 11th to 13th of October. More than 300 politicians, senior officials, eminent persons, professional experts, entrepreneurs, international organizations from more than 30 countries globally attended the Forum, had extensive and in-depth dialogues and exchanged views based on the theme of the “Protection, Inheritance and Utilization of Canal City Culture”, inheritance and use of the world canal city culture”, and discussed the countermeasures to solve the realistic problems of the canal and the development direction of canal protection and utilization, so as to jointly promote the sustainable development of the canal. Mr. Eric Fang, President of the National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) was invited by WCCO to participate the Forum and as a guest speaker, presented a “Data Management to Support the Healthy Development of Canal Eco-Environmental Sustainability”. Guiyang Free Trade Zone Management Committee, Space Architecture Design & Research Institute Co. Ltd. and Sinoaccess Technologies Signed Program Cooperation Framework Agreement in Guiyang City

Guiyang City, Guizhou Province – On September 26th, 2018 Guiyang Free Trade Zone Management Committee (“GFTZMC”), Space Architecture Design & Research Institute Co. Ltd. (“SADRI”) and Sinoaccess Technologies Co. Ltd. (“Sinoaccess”) signed the program cooperation framework agreement regarding the program of Guiyang Asia-Pacific Small & Medium Enterprises (SME) High-end Manufacturing Industry Park. Representing Sinoaccess, Mr. Eric Fang, Chairman and CEO of Sinoaccess attended the agreement signing ceremony and signed the agreement on behalf of Sinoaccess. NCSD President Was Invited to Participate in the Think-Tank Construction of the River Chief System Forum Held in Changzhou City

Changzhou City, Jiangsu Province — A technical Forum on the Establishment of the River (Lake) Chief System Think Tanks sponsored by the River Chief System Research and Training Center of Hehai University and China Quality Inspection Association, was held in Changzhou city from September 17 to 19, 2018.More than 200 professional experts include senior governmental officials, scholars, industry and enterprise managements from government, research institutes, domestic and foreign industry companies and enterprises attended the Forum. Mr. Eric Fang, President of the National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) was invited to participate in and made a speech entitled “Data Management, Key to a Healthy Development of the Ecosystem of the River Chief Program”. During his speech, Mr. Fang made in-depth analysis of the big data management model of ecological environment liability, responsibility and risk based on the international experience of ENFOS Corporation in managing global environmental big data. Combined with the river chief system that China is pursuing, he proposed to establish an Eco-environmental data management system for the ecological environment of rivers and lakes from a new perspective of managing the risks and environmental liability associated with the River Chief Program thus to achieve the goal of sustainable life-cycle management of rivers and lakes. His speech provided an important reference experience for the river management system to form a scientific operation mechanism of data management, data decision-making and data service, and truly realize effective river basin and water environment life cycle management and environmental responsibility risk management and control.

Vice President of NCSD Visited Hanjiang High & New Tech Development Zone

NCSD Council consists of several former senior U.S. government officials and key organizations’ principals. NCSD Signed Strategic Agreement with Guiyang Free Trade Zone Management Committee

According to the agreement, the Parties will cooperate to establish a “China-US Small to Medium Enterprises (SME) Innovation Cooperation Park” in the Guiyang Free Trade Zone (“Innovation Cooperation Park”). The “Innovation Cooperation Park” will provide professional and diversified innovative business management services and to promote direct exchange and cooperation between United States and Guiyang SMEs whom are keen to open innovative collaboration in technology, investment and market access to accelerate their growth. The “Innovation Cooperation Park” will closely work with NCSD to bring American resources to collaborate with Chinese SMEs in Guiyang. “Guiyang city honors NCSD and the shared traditions of America and China’s 250 year working collaboration of ideas, trade and problem solving. Senior Managements of NCSD & ENFOS Was Invited to Attend the Big Data Expo 2018

NCSD Chairman Receive Xinhua News Agency’s Interview During UCIS Summit

HOUSTON, May 16 (Xinhua) — China has unique advantages in helping small American companies grow and develop, Mitchell Stanley, chairman of the National Center for Sustainable Development (NCSD) told Xinhua here Tuesday. During an interview at the third U.S.-China Innovation and Investment Summit (UCIS), Mr. Stanley said China has the right regulatory approach to developing businesses. “It also has the right abilities with resources, such as capital, and other incentives to grow businesses, and, frankly, a welcoming hand for American small businesses,” he added. The NCSD signed on Tuesday a memorandum of understanding with EnergyWorks, a small U.S. company working on turning waste into useful products. Mr. Stanley believed that with environmental concerns increasing in China, EnergyWorks’ technology will be a perfect match for the Chinese market.”The company has tremendous potential for helping China overcome many of its problems, as it begins to grow exponentially, in need for both food and energy while keeping the environment relatively pristine,” he said. President and CEO of EnergyWorks Patrick Thompson said: “China, with its new central government policies to prioritize quality and environment, recognizes the need for the kind of solutions that we have.
